A goal to stop the spinning

OBEE was founded by Dr. Tse and Dr. Lelli, with a goal of helping patients find relief from their dizziness. They started their work at the Ottawa Hospital, founding the Multidisciplinary Dizziness Clinic in 2014 and the Rapid Access Dizziness Clinic in 2018. The OBEE is the next step in that journey, with a goal of providing comprehensive care for patients with dizziness. It has been open and providing care since June 2026.

Training the next clinicians

Apart from providing clinical care to our patients, the goal of OBEE is to provide world class education in neuro-otology and neuro-ophthalmology to medical trainees (medical students, residents, and fellows) and to allied health (physician assistants, audiologists, physiotherapists).
