Three matching lights (brass and glass) recently removed for major reno - in great shape, Kitchen eating area , entry light (for 11 foot ceiling) and dining room chandelier.
Tapworks high cap water softener 8gpm as new was $1500 new only used for short period then moved and havent used in condo so thats why selling for friend in great condition and a necessity in new subdivisions :)
Table top water cooler with cold and hot water taps. cold water tap is not cold anymore but machine is close to brand new. Would be great for someone who can fix refridgeration!!!
