Lay out: Bathroom is infront of the room ( private ), kitchen is in front of the room. The room is not close to the main door, so no noise will bother you.
Sauna, gym ( 2 separate rooms ), party room, pool, no parking but if you have car there are lots of classified adds downstairs to rent their parking lots ($70-$75) for parking lot.
bus stop is right in front of the building but it's just 2 minutes walk to Finch subway. If you are a Seneca student, it's just 20 minutes by bus to Seneca and 10 minutes drive to Seneca.
Shoppers Drug Mart, Conveneience store and lots of restaurant are in the neighborhood.
Arragment of the period for stay: the period is every 2 months. You can stay more or you can leave after 2 months but not earlier. A first and last is mandatory. A deposit of $50 for key and for the damage is neccessary ( which will be returned to you upon your leave ).
Who will you be living with?
Me, I am a Seneca student and a profetional, basically work at home and my fiance. He is not home ( 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM ). We don't smoke, no pet. If you are a party boy or girl with lots of friends who party during the week, it's not the right place for you. But you are welcome to use the party room.
Who am I looking for?
A quite male or female student or a profetional ONLY. People who work from home please don't call.
If you have a pet, it's ok to keep it in your bedroom , this is a pet-allowed building, If you smoke you can use the balcony.
Since this room is furnished, you don't need to buy or bring anything with yourself( no moving ). Even kitchen suppliers are ready.
