Regional Sales Manager

Skill Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Completion of university with a focus of business administration or marketing
Experience: 3 - 5 years experience in sales(face to face sales is an assest)
Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Plan, direct and monitor activities of sales department, Advise senior management, Conduct site visits, Conduct sales blitzes, Participate in trade shows, Ability to make cold calls, Maintain existing accounts and generate new accounts
Additional Skills: Recruit and hire staff, Arrange for training of staff, Conduct performance reviews
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
Own vehicle and cellular phone
Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making
Other: Responsibilities : Deliver on Quality Sales Targets Manage team of Direct Sales Associates (DSA) Motivate DSAs to achieve the highest quality customer experience and to deliver on challenging sales targets Lead by example: sell alongside your sales agents in a shift environment
The salary for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 Yearly, 40 Hours per week, Bonus, Commission, Other Benefits
