Qualifications and duties:
• Completion of College
• 1 – 2 years face to face sales experience
• verifies the completion of all applications prior to submission.
• ensures that all Field Sales Agents are provided with their weekly schedule in advance.
• hires and train to fulfill his/her program staff requirement.
• ensures that all locations are fully staffed with the required sales materials at all times.
• provides adequate notice to his/her Regional Sales Manager if additional material is required.
• records all daily clock in/out information
• ensures that all events are staffed at all times including, if necessary, by himself/herself.
• ensures that the Kiosks displays are coordinated including transporting and setting up the Kiosk displays by him/herself if required.
• Lead by example by selling along the Field Sales Agents in a shift environment for a minimum of 30 hours.
• Ensures that weekly sales reports are completed in the format as provided by Direct Sales Force.
• ensures that all applications are sent to Direct Sales Force Head office within the time frame to be provided by Direct Sales Force.
• achieves the sales objectives and targets
• Must be able to work on call and in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, meet tight deadlines, have own vehicle, be willing to travel regularly and supervise: 5 - 10 people
• Must have good communication, interpersonal, time management and decision making skills
$16/hour+ commission. Excellent opportunities for advancement.
