Job Description:
This position requires calling existing customers that have fallen behind on their master card payments and negotiating a time and amount of repayment. The early shifts start at 8am, the latest shifts end at 11pm, weekly rotation, 2 Saturdays a month are required. Schedules are known two weeks in advance and 2 weeks training provided.
Required Skills:
*Must have strong oral communication & customer service skills in French and in English
*Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Must be able to work under pressure
*Must be able to meet tight deadlines
*Must have a minimum 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
*Must have the ability to multi-task and problem solve
*Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8am-11pm, and 2 Saturdays a month
*Must have a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm, with 90% accuracy
*Full time positions available
