I am looking for investors to finance a property in St. Catharines. The investment will take the form of loan. Interest is 8% per annum, payable monthly. The term of the loan is 3-5 years with the option to renew if both parties agree. Rental income generated from the property will be used to pay the interest. For example, a loan of 20,000 results> in $160 payable monthly. Legal documents will be prepared to provide protection for the investors. You will be silent investors, therefore I will be responsible to run the business and cover all costs.
