My name is Jennifer Sullivan and I currently completed my 4 year degree at the University of Guelph, majoring in Child, Youth and Family studies. Throughout the years of my degree I have gained the skills to understanding the development of children, youth and families and how to find and acknowledge strengths in each individual I work with.
Creating a difference in a person’s life is my passion; working with diverse groups brings me an internal sense of fulfillment. When I work with individuals I believe I model an outgoing, encouraging, and empathetic personality.
I am a very outgoing person who loves to be involved with the community and sincerely enjoy helping people and willing to go the extra mile. I am an independent self-starter, disciplined, cooperative, and a supportive team member. My prior employment experiences includes several examples of my ability to work with minimum supervision and able to handle stressful situations responsibly.
