Job Responsibilities:
Provide helpdesk support to internal customers
Configure routers and switches
Troubleshoot networking problems and provide on-site support if necessary
Requirements:
CCNA, CCNP or CCIE
Previous Telecommunication experience
Previous helpdesk support experience
Excellent customer service skills
Bilingualism considered an asset
