I have a ab roller, like the ones on T.V. and an older style exercise bike. It works and even has a mile gauge. I just started a gym so these don't need to be taking up precious space. Would like them gone asap!
Exercise machine in excellent condition. Would make great Christmas gift. Very similar in design to Total Gym. Comes with instruction booklet and Video.
Its a heavy bag and speed bag stand i have never built it cause my ceiling was half an inch too short. I have everything minus the instructions. I will include some weights for it and a speed bag. I do not have a heavy bag.
