Job Description:
This position requires answering customer inquiries about their accounts, providing information on interest rates and billing information and processing change of address information, among other responsibilities.
Required Skills:
*Must be completely bilingual in French and in English
*Must have strong oral communication & customer service skills
*Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Must be able to work under pressure
*Must be able to meet tight deadlines
*Must have a minimum 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
*Must have the ability to multi-task and problem solve
*Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7am-12am and 2 Saturdays a month
*Must be a team player
*Must have a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm, with 90% accuracy
*Full time positions available!!
* Please note that our client cannot accommodate personal schedules, therefore only those individuals that are both willing and available to work between the hours of 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM will be considered for these positions
