Adecco is looking for a qualified Bilingual Account Management Coordinator to fill a permanent full time position.

Job Description:
The Account Management Coordinator will provide support to the Account Management Team.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the Account Management Team in terms of correspondence, faxes, photocopying, reports, presentations etc.
Preparing client packages for distribution (proofreading, collating, binding)
Preparing statistical reports from data gathered
Preparing and maintaining various departmental databases
Providing back-up contact with corporate customers and provide corporate client coverage as per Account Manager directive
* Please note that strong presentation skills are a must in this position.
Required Skills:
Fluency in both English and French
Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma and 2 to 3 years’ experience supporting the work of a team of account managers
Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with a customer service orientation.
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple time sensitive deadlines
Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
